SLP's new 2006-07 Trailblazer SS Long-Tube Header System features 1-3/4" main primaries, which flows into one 3" high flow collector. The headers are mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and ceramic coated to keep heat in, exhaust velocity up, and under-hood temperatures down, while the rest of the header system is made from 3" 304 stainless steel.

These headers will install and bolt directly into your 2WD or 4WD Trailblazer SS without the removal of the air conditioner lines or the starter. Clearances around all wire harnesses, vacuum lines and AC lines are greater than any other system on the market, closely matching clearances from GM. Also, included in the package are a pair of 3" high flow catalyst converters, which flows into a full 3" down-pipe assembly. The system is designed to bolt to your factory cat-back or SLP cat-back exhaust system. They're fully compatible with all stock emissions-control equipment and use OEM flanges for a perfect fit and proper bolt retention. All necessary installation instructions and hardware are included, backed by our Lifetime Warranty.

SLP Trailblazer SS Long Tube Headers feature:

Features 1-3/4" equal-length primaries.
All mandrel bent stainless steel construction to maximize flow.
+23.7 HP and +25.2 ft-lbs RWHP gains over stock system.
Polished aluminum-ceramic thermal-barrier coating (interior and exterior surfaces) to keep heat in, exhaust velocity up, and under-hood temperatures down.
200 Cell Per Inch High-Flow Cats for unrestricted exhaust flow.
Complete bolt-on installation, bolts directly to factory or SLP exhaust system, (no welding or unnecessary modifications required).
Are covered by our Performance Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty.

NOTES: Not legal for use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. For off-road use only. SLP cannot assure the compatibility of this system with any other manufacturers cat-back.
