Why Jet Hot Coated?

These are Pacesetter's F-Body Headers coated inside and out with Jet Hot's Extreme Sterling Silver 1700 degree coating. Pacesetter sells their own coated headers, but they are coated using a cheap 1300 degree coating on the outside only that has no warranty. These Jet Hot coated headers we have specially sent to Jet Hot, and coated inside an out with Jet hot's most expensive coating (1700 Extreme Sterling Silver), and come with Jet Hot's Limited warranty. We offer this upgraded coating inside and out because it will prevent your headers from rusting from the inside out, and provides even better heat reduction properties. We also offer the option to have your mid pipes coated with the same Jet Hot coating inside and out as your headers. Any coating/color other than 1700 degree sterling silver is considered special order subject to an extra charge. Please note these are coated to order and can take 1-2 weeks to ship!

Improve the performance of your ride with these quality, affordable PaceSetter performance headers.  Manufactured from mandrel-bent, mild steel tubing, they feature thick steel flanges that are surface-ground for a leak-proof seal. Starting with 3/8"-thick steel plate and 1-3/4"-diameter carbon steel alloy tubing, each header is precision-crafted to insure proper fit and seal. The mandrel-bent tubing insures maximum flow to the 3"-diameter collector and on into the mandrel-bent Y-pipe. Includes all emissions provisions, hardware, gaskets, and illustrated instructions.

Pacesetter Off Road Y-pipe-

We offer the option to purchause these headers with Pacesetters 3" Off road Y-pipe (PT# 82-1163). This Y-pipe comes with rear O2 Bungs, and is available uncoated, or coated with the same Extreme Sterling as the headers.

About Optional O2 Extenders-

Pacesetter does not include O2 extenders with their headers. Instead they include wire and crimp connectors for you to "splice" your factory wiring. This is messy, and unacceptable for most customers, so we offer optional Caspers O2 Extenders that can be purchased with your headers. These extenders plug into your factory wiring right into your factory wiring and extends it 12" or 24". As for what size to choose, we recommend 24" O2 Extensions. 12" will technically fit, but is good to have the extra room the 24" ones provide.
