    • How can I find our more about MarylandSpeed?

      MarylandSpeed is excited to be entering our 11th year of operation! Our main 10,000 sq./ft. facility in Hollywood, MD houses our warehouse, installation shop, and dyno services.

    • How can I visit MarylandSpeed?

      While we do perform installs, MarylandSpeed is a mail order retailer. We have not taken on the overhead of a retail store where you walk in and go shopping. Instead we have a warehouse with sales reps in offices ready to answer your calls.

    • What are your hours of operation?

      Sales and customer support is open from 9am to 6pm Eastern time. We are closed most major holidays.

      We process orders and check emails outside these hours. Feel to reach us at any time using the contact us form.

    • Where can I see what parts are in stock?

      Our website does not have live inventory. We have several thousand parts on our website. Some sell every day, others have never sold. To keep prices low, we stock what sells best, and use a network of suppliers, and manufacturers to fill gaps. This means we can ship your order from our warehouse, direct from one of our suppliers or manufacturers, or a combination of both.

      Often we can ship parts to you from a closer warehouse than our facility. The downside is we cannot interface our physical inventory along with our suppliers/manufacturers inventory into one live feed on the website.

      If you ever need to know if something is in stock, just call us prior to ordering at 443-730-9428.

    • Why does a chat box pop up on the site?

      We recently introduced a new live chat feature to help us better support our customers. As our sales reps are available, they monitor the site, and if it appears you need help, they will invite you to have an online chat session. We cannot stress enough that these are live, real reps who can offer you support, and maybe extra savings. They are not computer bots like many competitorís websites.

    • Does MarylandSpeed ship internationally?

      MarylandSpeed offers international shipping on a case by case basis. If you need a product shipped internationally, please contact us for a quote!

    • How do I get an order shipped faster than Ground Service?

      If you need expedited shipping, give us a call @ 443-730-9428, and a rep will be glad to work up a quote for you!

    • How will MarylandSpeed ship my order?

      UPS, FedEx, USPS or any combination of the three.

    • What do each order status mean?

      The meaning of each order status is as follows-

      Order Accepted- Your order has been accepted by our system and is awaiting processing

      Processing- This means we are shipping the parts you ordered, or ordering them from one of our suppliers or manufacturers. At this stage orders cannot be cancelled.

      Shipped via UPS- Your order has shipped complete UPS.

      Shipped via Fed Ex Ground- Your order has shipped complete via Fed Ex Ground

      Shipped via Multiple Carriers- Your order has shipped in multiple shipments using different carriers.

      Shipped via USPS Priority Mail- Your order has shipped via USPS Priority Mail

      Decal Order Processed- This status means your order has been sent to the decal supplier for processing. They are made to order, and should arrive via First Class Mail in 1-2 weeks.

      Kooks Processing- This means your parts are on order with Kooks and awaiting shipment.

      Kooks Processing Partial Ship- This means some of your Kooks parts have shipped, but we are waiting on others.

      At the Coater- This means everything has shipped except your headers, which are being ceramic coated.

    • What forms of payment does MarylandSpeed Accept?

      MarylandSpeed Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Maryland Speed Gift Certificates, and Checks/Money Orders. Please note if you select check or money order as your payment option, your order will not ship until payment is received and cleared.

    • What is the process for cancelling an order?

      You can request cancellation using the contact us form.

      Please note that once an order is placed, our system will try and process it immediately. Because of this, most in stock orders cannot be cancelled once they reach the "Processing" status. Also, special order, custom items, and orders that are in production cannot be cancelled.
