This is the Pro Guard 5 Version of the AFE Intake for the 1999-2007 GMT 800 Full Size Trucks & SUV's. It uses a traditional blue oiled filter that will need to be cleaned used an AFE Restore Kit every 30-40,000 Miles. Only fits old body style 2007 trucks. WILL NOT fit newer body style GMT 900 Trucks.

This intake features a durable 16 gauge, powder-coated one-piece heat shield that requires little or no assembly The washable/reusable conical air filter improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. Also to provide durability, the filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. The improve performance, this intake system also features a heat-insulating molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased air flow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance.
